Heartwarming Wishes HQCB #50 Make Your Own Combo DT project for 14 March 2024

purpose: this posting showcases my owner/DT project for Heart's Quest challenge blog

when: #50 competition runs from March 14 and ends March 27, 2024

what: PROJECT #1: Clover Love version 2

base patterned paper is from Stampin' Up

then instead of deleting, I'll show my first attempt --->

notes:

1. neon orange cardstock base 6" square = Crafter's Closet (cardstock color faded by scanner light)

2. sage green and emerald green cardstocks = Neenah

3. LOVE letters arranged in a block cut-a-part card = Webster's Pages

4. clover clipart image cut into cloud-looking accent pieces = ClipArt Library website

5. glitter foam heart sticker had orange glitter paint applied = stash

6. Part A choice = clover images PLUS

Part B choice= love letters stacked in block format

extra = red-orange heart shape sticker

1. yellow cardstock base 6" square = Art Skills/Crafter's Closet

2. teal print paper = Stampin' Up

3. muted green alpha stickers= from Simple Stories' Simple Life sticker book

4. washi tape, gems, glitter heart, gold embossed flower, butterfly, and jumbo rainbow wall sticker = DT. items in stash

5. glitter heart started as red; layers of orange and yellow and some orange glitter paint pen to try to get it more red-orange

    Wonderful rainbow. I always love looking at rainbows. It's such a great event! And I think you're right. Most rainbows are seen in spring, especially in April. I love the beautiful and warm colors you used. It's like life and love emerge. It's the beginning of spring.
