Featuring my FQGS #21 DT project of AFCG choice theme on 7 October 2024
Welcome to Becca's Quest for Love and Country Creativity!
purpose: The focus for this blog posting is my newest owner/DT contribution for FarmQuest General Store which was my 2nd FQ sister blog after FarmQuest. Having a dedicated anything farm and/or country goes theme makes it popular. For this main post for #21, the rest of the DT members are using the QKR Stampede images that were picked months ago to highlight for October so I get to do my choice of Anything Farm and/or Country Goes.
when: #21 starts October 7th and ends on November 5, 2024

other places to share/link are:
a. Inspire. Create. Challenge blog; new for 2 weeks; theme of Autumn/Halloween; Autumn season in the USA also includes Thanksgiving Day in late November...also pheasants are seen more as their active avoiding hunters, farmers, hikers, etc.

b. Triple B: birds, butterflies, and/or blooms; started October 3rd; My project is a flying pheasant shape and then has bird feathers in the print cardstock

c. Girlz Make Guyz Cards; started October 5; Autumn/Fall; MY project is a flying pheasant shape and has bird feathers in the print; our 'adopted' son, garage buddy who we babysit his daughter on weekday afternoons loves to hunt and fish so I will give this to them

d. As You Like It Challenge; current/in the midst, ongoing; theme question is favorite card base: square or not and why?; my Thanksgiving pheasant is shaped like a flying pheasant with spread wings; I do make lots of square and rectangle based cards but lately since late summer I've been adding in shaped bases for fun like a Christmas stocking/sock shaped card made about 2 weeks ago, a round Pegasus card made about 2-3 weeks ago, a little scalloped topped rectangle tag made a few days ago/October 2nd, etc. I'm wanting to make more as 2024 ends and 2025 begins
