~~favorite food moment in January 2025 = I made a ravioli lasagna! Start with thawing your choice of raviolis and prepare meat(s) if you want to include. I used sausage and diced frozen/thawed meatballs. I have several different frozen ravioli fillings currently but chose cheese.
Put 1/2 your pasta sauce (I used tomato sauce with added garlic/herb seasoning blend plus some salsa for some flavor kick) in the base of the casserole dish.
Then lay the raviolis in first. I had 4 rows of 6 for the glass dish I was using. Add meat(s). Add any extra cheeses (I used mild cheddar and mozzarella). Top with remaining sauce. When about 5-7 minutes are left in baking, remove briefly so you can add more cheese!
Total bake time is 35-40 minutes at 375*F.
