My Guest DT feature for First Cup Challenges #2 on 2 May 2025 that collaborates with FQGGCB #17

why: This posting focuses on a Guest DT opportunity at First Cup Challenges blog that started in April by artisan blogger Deanne. Her coffee-to-go cup project is a Guest DT project for FQGGCB #17. FQGGCB's monthly theme is 'anything food goes' and FCC's new monthly theme(s) will always be 'anything drink-related'. We support each other as much as we can through participating on some of each other's blogs and then we are DT for 2 challenge blogs each for the other! Sweet!

when: First Cup #2 starts May 2, 2025 and ends on May 31st. 

what: Project #1 = Tea Cup Garden Birthday Party card

how-to notes for #1:

1. light blue left-side folded card 5" x 7" = The Paper Source

2. wildflowers cardstock panel cut to 4" x 6" = Memory Lane collection by Fancy Pants Designs (new to me; just bought about 2-3 weeks ago and this was my first of the 3 sheets= 12" squares for me to cut into)

3. "HB" stamp = old/2001 SU (applied to the wildflower cardstock in generational stamping; also partial stamping using some copy paper as a mask)

4.  puffy and embossed tea cup sticker (from a mix prints/colors of tea cups) = Crafter's Square; new purchase; 1st one to be used 

5. light blue cardstock was punched from another identical card used for a HQCOLCB project = used here to make the tea cup noticeable; also foam adhesive dots to lift it up

6. black stamp pad = Hero Arts

A. If You Give A Crafter A Cookie; new on May 1; theme of Pretty Flowers; see image; The patterned paper on this card matches the tones of the image flower's perfectly

B. NBUS = Never Before Used Schtuff; new on May 1; theme is same as the blog title; MY new item is the tea cup puffy sticker!! This is my first one out of the multi-color/design tea cup stickers! Also the cardstock sheet(s) from FPD were recent purchase.
