My featured FQGS #29 AFCG theme DT projects starting 7 June 2025

why: This personal blog posting features two new design team inspiration projects for FarmQuest General Store challenge blog. FQGS as I refer to it, theme is always 'anything farm and/or country goes' or AFCG. The June projects will be camping/outdoor scenes & activity-related. 

when: FQGS #29 will start on June 7th and end on July 5th, 2025

what: Project #1 =

how-to notes for #1 =

1. light ivory A2 size card with envelope = from pack of 10; Crafter's Square

2. background paper = Into the Forest = Crafter's Consortium

3. Ready for Summer label = ? was out of its package; either Echo Park or Carta Bella

4. loaded station wagon tag (tag tab was cut off) = Carta Bella

5. torn papers from small pad = Crafter's Square

6. walnut mini stamp pad/ink = Lawn Fawn (edging)

7. dark brown retractable marker pen = Zebra Clickart (outlining)

8. foam dimensional tape under die-cut ephemera label and tag = Crafter's Square

1A. The Four Seasons; started June 1; anything summer season; What says summer months more than camping and travel away from home???

1B. Pearly Sparkles; started June 1; theme is masculine; most guys like to be outdoors, go camping, fishing, etc. so this camping/travel card will probably go to a guy I know that likes all of these.

2A. Pinspirational; started June 1; theme is Summer Sky; see image; My second project on this post has yellow paper on the side to represent the sun; the bit of blue paper is for sky; and a small bit of green paper at the bottom to represent grass; Also the focal image label die-cut/ephemera has a blue sky

2B. Path of Positivity; current/June; theme of anything goes that's positive with option for unexpected correspondence; MY card is AG and will be sent to one of my guy cousin's with a summer birthday; this will be my 3rd entry

2C. 613 Avenue Create; new June 1; theme of anything goes with option of masculine; Both cards on this post are great outdoors scenes which are good for guys; this card will go to one of my guy cousins

2D. Love Those Pretty Papers; new June 7th; theme is same as title--use pretty designer/patterned paper(s); both of cards have great forest/woodland/mountain scenes; on card 2 it's showing more of mountains and valley lake with bears catching fish, etc.
