why: this posting features my newest DT inspiration samples for FQGGCB or FarmQuest Grocery Game Challenges Blog! Anything Food Goes theme which includes beverages and candy. 

when: #21 starts on August 28 and ends on September 27, 2025.

what: Project #1 = I carrot for you or I care a lot 4 you!

how-to & vendor notes #1 =

1. orange A2 flat card with matching envelope = mixed color set/box = Darice

2. green and white print paper panel = mixed designs paper pad = might be DCVW (old stash item; probably 5-10 years old)

3. the sand bordered white card (bottom portion of a small focal card) = old Heidi Swapp

4. alpha and number stickers = from this mixed color tones package = old Crafter's Square = old stash item for 3 or more years

5. dark brown retractable marker pen = Zebra Clickart

6. white thin string= very old stash item

7. felt carrots with round foam adhesive for stick-ons = small package items = Crafter's Square (available at Easter); these were bought 3 years ago...I bought 2 packs!

2A. Time Out; new today/Aug 28; theme of friendship/encouragement; both cards in this post for FQGGCB are designed to be encouragement/support cards. I've got many relatives and friends who are either grieving or battling major health issues. On card 2, I stamped "a note to say" and then I did another stamp "you are loved"

2B. As You Like It; started Aug 21/mid-challenge; theme ? = What is your favorite medium and why? For this second card, I've used lots of colored pencils and they tend to be my favorite when I need to do lots of color-filling like all those vegetables in the wheelbarrow, the lettering above the wheelbarrow and lightly adding blue for sky and some green for grass to help the scene.

2C. Ellibelle's Garden Party; still open; theme of anything in or from the garden; both of my cards feature vegetables; this 2nd card that will be shared, has a wheelbarrow full of veggies: corn, cabbages, carrots, tomatoes and onions; this is my 2nd linked entry to EGP for their current challenge.

* manager/DT commitments have ended = owner Shell S and I agreed and she gave me permission to notify the DT members of MTTC and MTTCC that when the current challenges ended, the blog(s) would be closing. MTTCC closed on August 14th and MTTC closed on August 21st. If you participated there, thank you for your support. 

* DT member only = PRS (Paper-Rocks-Scissors) owned by Deanne; Deanne decided that the August challenge month would be the last one for HAOOCAYR or Halloween and other occasion crafts all year round.
