Welcome to Becca's Quest for Love and Country Creativity!
why: this post's focus is FarmQuest Challenge Blog's #77 theme of Pumpkins! It's a pumpkin-related broad theme just not only to pumpkin patch/farm scenes like pumpkin pie, pumpkin muffins, a stack of pumpkins in a wagon or pickup truck bed, etc. I've created two different approaches to pumpkins with these 2 projects.
when: #77 starts October 28, 2025 and ends November 27, 2025
what: Project #1 = Pumpkin-shaped Delight card
how-to & vendor notes for #1 =
1. multi pumpkins print cardstock = Recollections' Heirloom Harvest (?)...something like that
2. yellow and white checked paper for base = from ____ paper pad by/ maybe FPD (I'm in the middle of moving my supplies into my new craft studio-she shed!)
3. faux brad with dark orange flowers = from the FaBOOlous collection by Simple Stories
4. thin string = stash
5. dark orange mini stamp pad ink = Lawn Fawn (1 of 4 colors in the Front Porch set)
6. I created my own shape template by starting with a narrow oval and overlapping until I got the size and shape and then added an angle-topped stem.

* owner/DT = FQCB, FQGS, FQCCCB, FQHCB, FQGGCB; also HQCB, HQFCB at TFATU, HQCOLCB and HQFSCAT; plus AA, ConBC and CCC.
* DT member only = PRS
NOTE: both cards could be shared at HQFSCAT if I wasn't owner; the current HQFSCAT challenge is open until Oct 31; the first card is fully pumpkin shaped so it goes for shaped card and the second card has the oak leaf tips extending over the sides so it's altering the rectangle base so this would be accepted for a shaped card!
