Notes:

1. buffalo plaid base = The Paper Studio/Hobby Lobby

2. scattered wheat and white/light gray flower cardstock = Recollections/Michaels Arts and Crafts

3. checked gingham paper = Hot Off The Press, available through Paper Wishes website

4. clipart image = free; Clipart Library website

5. dream label = unknown; possible HOTP; came in a mixed product package from PW website

6. olive green/gray paper = unknown; 

7. black ink pad, black marker, adhesives, ruler, pencil, scissors = stash tools
