other places to share/link are:

A. Simply Create Too challenge blog; open until Jan 31; theme is warm and cozy; MY card is about being able to enjoy outdoor furniture, so it has to be warm enough to be outside and the cozy part comes from the cushions, canopy protection from the sun, and a radio to curl up on that glider, or stretch out and take a nap....

B. Cut It Up; current/started Jan 26; theme using at least 1 die-cut is 'this makes me happy'; MY card is about relaxing outdoors when it's warm; this makes me happy; my husband and I have a very small home under 1,000 square feet but are fortunate to have 2 different size decks/porch at each exterior door with enough space to have an outdoor table and 4 chairs to enjoy nice Midwest USA weather; on this afternoons and evenings these 2 locations are where we prefer to eat our meals; and I wish we had a glider!

C. Creative Knockouts; current with a few days left; theme is lots of layers; my card has overlapped paper/cardstock layers behind the die-cuts and then stickers on top of the die-cuts

D. Try It On Tuesday; current; theme is 'add some text'; my card has two circle text/sentiment stickers on the die-cuts

E. Hand Stamped Sentiments; current; color trio/see badge; my card has the teal, dark blue, and berry pinks

    1. I appreciate the blog visit, Heather! Don't forget that you can do the theme for any time of the year---snow piled on your outdoor table or autumn leaves that landed on your porch swing, etc. I'm looking forward to see what your interpretation will be!

  2. Wow, that's a wonderful perspective on the year. I long for summer and the place on a porch swing. Your card really makes me want even more. I can almost hear a summer song :). Great making. I love the different design papers you used for the background.
Thanks a lot for taking part in the Everybody Art Challenge.

    1. Thanks for stopping by Chris for TIOT! Our temp got to the upper 50s yesterday (Feb 1) but then plunged to freezing overnight and early this morning. It's only to be about 40 for todays' high on Feb 2. Oh well. Summer heat will be here in 3+ months!
