Focus on my FQGGCB #5 trio of DT sample projects for Aisles 2 + 4 + 6 starting 28 Aug 2024

purpose: This posting features three new owner/DT inspiration sample projects for FarmQuest Grocery Game Challenges blog. FQGGCB currently is alternating 2 types of grocery game challenges: either aisle # or food alphabet letter(s). #5 badge lists this an aisle theme with content that can be found in aisle 2 (cooking liquids, gravies, sauces, beverages), aisle 4 (ethnic foods), and aisle 6 (baby/toddler/kiddy foods).

when: #5 for August 28- September 13, 2024; start and end times are 12am central time zone/Chicago

what: Project #1 = FQGGCB grocery aisle #2 cooking liquids/beverages (also gravies, sauces, broths)

notes: all three cards are using Colorbok kraft cardstock with approx. dimensions of 5.5" x 4.25"; also all three clipart images are from The ClipArt Library website and are free for personal usage.

1. green and white buffalo plaid cardstock panel = The Paper Studio

2. dark purple cardstock scrap = I think is old Colorbok

3. the light lavender and white moroccan tile print paper scrap = Art Skills

4. stencils for banner and 'wishes' are both on same template sheet = Crafter's Square

5. black dual-tip marker for inking, coloring, edging = Art Skills

what: Project #2 = Aisle #4 ethnic foods: spaghetti

notes:

11. pumpkin squash cardstock panel = old Pen + Gear

12. 'thank you' stamp = Art Skills (from a mixed occasions set)

13. green and white checked gingham paper scrap = Hot Off The Press

14. red cardstock strips = old Pen + Gear

15. banner stencils were modified to add small black triangle on each side = same stencil sheet template for card #1 = Crafter's Square

16. red dual-tip marker = coloring and ink edging

what: Project #3 = Aisle #6 baby foods: rice cake

notes:

21. image was colored with a combination of alcohol markers (beige, navy, turquoise) and colored pencils for the rest

22. brown ink pad for edging and distressing/aging = Lawn Fawn

23. turquoise pearl gems = Crafter's Square

24. pink tonal floral print paper scrap = ?; haven't located the original paper pad since I removed a couple of sheets....indication that I have too much in my stash!!!! 

26. yellow, orange, pink floral print paper scrap = I think is Fancy Pants Designs

27. 'congrats' was handwritten using a black small tip gel pen = Art Skills

E. toddler/rice cake = Word Art Wednesday; week 1 of 2; anything goes that is uplifting; my toddler with rice cake card will be sent to my cousin Mark's son who just had baby #6, their 4th boy, in late July!
