Loving my HQFSCAT #1 projects on 2 January 2025

why: These projects shared in this posting are for the very first challenge/quest at the new HQFSCAT or Heart's Quest for Shaped Cards and Tags challenges blog. It will always be anything goes theme, family-friendly topics, on shaped cards and/or shaped tags. 

when: #1 challenge runs January 2-31, 2025 with start and end times at 12 am central time/Chicago.

what: Project #1 = thinking of you heart card -- Follow Your Dreams; having some fun with the horse running to his pig friend....

1. white and pink cardstock heart shape bases = Neenah

2. plaid print paper heart shape top layer = Dark Purple Plaid by Recollections

3. horse, pig, and text 'follow your dreams' strip stickers = Market Square sticker book by Maggie Holmes

4. iridescent glitter acrylic paint, wood buttons, purple netting, and cording = Crafter's Square

5. button = stash

6. Wild Thistle alcohol marker = Nuvo (used on wood hearts; looks pink)

21. light gray cardstock scrap = Neenah

22. turquoise cardstock scrap = Recollections

23. "Color Me" Ebony resist tag/label (part of card package) = Hot Off The Press/Paper Wishes; came as white with the black heat-embossed design and text; 

24. Royal Blue alcohol marker = Arteza

25. blue sheer ribbon, twine, bling strands (strips cut from clear bling spool and from light blue spool) and also clear gems on the tag = all = Crafter's Square
